The Greek Gods ate a food called Ambrosia that was renowned for being the most delicious thing on Heaven or Earth. It is my belief that Ambrosia was and is chicken, and that modern day man has improved upon the food of the gods by dipping it in batter and breadcrumbs and deep frying it to create fried chicken.
In this blog I will be eating at and reviewing as many fried chicken joints as I can within my fair city of Los Angeles. I will give each restaurant a review and a rating. The rating will be given in units of the most advanced example of fried chicken technology, the KFC Double Down. So each restaurant will receive a rating between 0 and 5 KFC Double Downs.
My reviews and ratings will take into account not only the quality of the fried chicken, but also the ambiance, clientele, customer service, quality of side dishes, and cleanliness of the restroom.
